The practical question behind the account
A product-mismatch concern calls for a direct comparison. Useful material would include the itemized receipt, photographs of the purchased bottle, its batch information and any written description given before payment. If someone says a demonstration used a different formula, the basis for that comparison should be explained.
A disappointing result, a difference in texture and receipt of a different product are three distinct issues. A careful review should say which one is alleged. It should also preserve any explanation from the seller, rather than collapsing all possible explanations into the word “scam.”
