NWL, Pharmaciopy and Hermesea: Bahamas Trading-Name Records

Government registration document. Source reviewed November 6, 2026. This is editorial research, not the publisher’s firsthand account.

Brand names on a shopfront are not always the legal names behind a sale. An official trading-name record can help narrow that gap. It is useful for identification, but should not be stretched into a verdict about the business.

The entries reviewed

The Bahamas Department of Inland Revenue’s VAT registrants list, dated July 1, 2025, includes Caribbean Sea Minerals Limited trading as Pharmaciopy in Nassau. It also lists NWL Bahamas Limited and Pearls Of The Sea Ltd. trading as Hermesea Scientific Non-In, with that trading name truncated in the displayed entry. Read the government PDF and search within it for the company names.

How this relates to Amit Mor

The separate Amit Mor and NWL review examines historical reporting using the name Caribbean Sea Minerals. The overlap is relevant background. The tax list itself does not name Mor as an owner or director of these entries.

What a VAT list cannot settle

A registration entry is not evidence that a complaint is true. It does not identify the salesperson in a particular encounter, establish that two shops share an owner, or show who approved a refund decision. It also cannot confirm the current status of a business beyond the period it covers.

For a transaction-specific review, the next document to examine would be the original receipt. The merchant named there, the payment descriptor and the written terms can be compared with an official business record. Differences should be described and investigated, rather than treated as automatic proof of deception.

Keeping the records separate from the allegations

The Hermesea BBB dispute review concerns a customer account and a published response. The Pharmaciopy Nassau review covers customer feedback. Neither type of material becomes a government finding merely because a trading name also appears in this register.
